About the role:
- Service and maintain HVAC, ventilation and refrigeration systems
- Install, diagnose and repair air conditioning equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
- Manage service jobs, parts, tools and vehicle stock
- Keep accurate service reports and job records
- Deliver high standards of customer service on every visit
- Mentor trainees and support team development
- Join the on-call roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Follow company health, safety and quality standards
Skills & Experience:
- EST licence, Refrigerant Fillers Licence and HC refrigerant skills
- Trade Certificate in Refrigeration Engineering or equivalent
- Strong HVAC service and fault-finding experience 5+ years experience
- Full NZ driver licence and excellent customer service skills
