With a healthy pipeline of work, they are seeking an Architectural Technician to help deliver commercial documentation.
Skills and experience:
- 4+ years’ NZ experience
- Recent NZ commercial project exposure
- Proficiency in Revit
Responsibilities:
- Preparing documentation & detailing, answering RFIs, modelling & visualisations
- Liaising internally and with clients, consultants and other contacts
- Assisting with coordination, materials/finishes
