This top-tier organization has a track record of excellence across diverse civic, commercial, education & apartments projects. They are now seeking a Senior Revit Technician to help drive documentation, detailing & be involved across the studio.
Skills and experience:
- 8+ years’ NZ Architectural experience
- Commercial project exposure
- Proficiency in Revit
- High level of NZBC, documentation & weather tightness detailing
- Excellent written & verbal communication
Responsibilities:
- Liaising internally & communicating with clients, consultants and other stakeholders
- Helping drive the documentation process and checking junior technicians’ work
- Overseeing architectural documentation/detailing for resource/building consent applications
