About the role:
As a Site Manager for this main-contractor you will be responsible for contributing to projects up to $50mil. You will be taking projects right through from civils to handover so experience in all facets of construction is essential. The role will include but not be limited to:
- Driving delivery and ensuring adherence to project program
- Scheduling/programming
- Supervision of sub-contractors
- Preparing site reports
- Overseeing H&S
- Supervision of Site Supervisor(s) and direct labour
- Reporting directly to the Project Manager
Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years industry experience and 5 years experience working as a Site Manager in the local market for a similar business. A Carpentry background is essential and significant exposure to Commercial projects of a similar natiure is preffered.
