The role:
The role will include but not be limited to;
- Assistang overseeing a team of 12+ Quantity Surveyors
- Cost planning
- Procurement and subcontractor negotiation
- Managing variations and progress claims
- Contract administration
- Final account reporting
- Protecting margin and risk across projects
- Supporting junior staff as required
About you:
The ideal candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role for a Commercial main contractor in the New Zealand market. A qualification and minimum of 8 years experience is required. Exposure to projects up to $50mil and a high standard of presentations and communication is also essential.
