The company:
This business has been operating for almost 15 years and whilst others struggle, this Residential builder continue to grow their impressive pipeline across the Auckland region. Projects consist of a mix of residential and multi-unit developments.
The role:
As a Senior QS you will be fully autonomous to run $multi-million, 3910/3915 contracts on your own.
The role will include;
- Take offs and Estimates
- Preparing tender packages
- Procurement
- Contract administration
- Assess and price variations
- Monitor project costs compared to the budget
- Work closely with the PM and site teams to
About you:
We’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has a minimum of 5 years industry experience. Exposure to residential and multi-unit residential projects in the local market is essential. A qualification, a high standard of presentations and communication is also essential. Prior experience with Brownfield developments is strongly preferred.
