Franklin Smith is seeking reliable, motivated people to join a roading construction crew based in Cromwell.
We’re interested in hearing from candidates with experience in road construction, pavement preparation, earthworks, drainage, machinery operating or truck driving.
Depending on your experience, you could be assisting with road preparation, placing and compacting materials, operating plant or supporting the crew with general civil work. You’ll need to be a team player who is happy to help on the ground when required.
A Class 2 licence and WTR endorsements are preferred. A strong work ethic, good safety awareness and reliable transport are also important.
