The role:
The role will include but not be limited to;
- Ensuring the project is delivered in a timely manner and within budget
- A high level of programming and planning
- Liaising with clients and consultants
- Overseeing site managers/site team where appropriate
- Managing high-profile clients
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety
About you:
The ideal candidate will ideally have experience at least 3 years experience in a similar/Project Management role for a Commercial main contractor (interiors/Construction) in the New Zealand market. A Carpentry qualification would be an advantage but more important is a proven track record of successful delivery of projects for a similar business in the local market.
