Experienced Civil Operators – Digger/Excavator & Dump Truck Drivers
We’re looking for skilled civil operators to join our team! If you have hands-on experience operating diggers, excavators, or dump trucks, and hold a Class 4/5 license with WTR endorsements, we want to hear from you. The Role:
We're seeking experienced operators with a background in civil works, specifically in roading, earthworks, or other related projects. You’ll be working with a range of machinery, including diggers, excavators, and dump trucks, so a diverse skillset is key.

About You:
If you have experience with civil machinery and hold the necessary licenses, we want to talk! Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Class 4/5 license with WTR endorsements (essential)
- Proven experience in civil works, preferably roading or earthworks
- Proficiency in operating diggers, excavators, and dump trucks
- Hands-on approach with the willingness to assist off-machine when required
- Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
While relevant experience is ideal, we’re also keen to hear from individuals with the right qualifications and a strong work ethic.
