Description
An opportunity to work for Tauranga based civil construction company driven by family values and commitment to quality with a close knit culture. The core focuses are earthworks and 3 waters, with a current project kicking off in October working on a technical subdivision. There is great opportunity for an experienced Foreman or Supervisor to hit the ground running. This role will likely progress into furthermore projects in accordance with the business.
About The Role
- Complete daily reporting and site documentation
- Communicate with Project and Site Managers
- Coordinate labour, machinery and subcontractors
- Will have a 2IC alongside you
- Maintain strong health and safety standards
Skills & Experience
- Experience working around heavy machinery, civil earthworks, drainage and 3 waters.
- Strong understanding of site safety and procedures
- Ability to read and understand construction plans
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Energetic mentality and passionate about their work
What's in it for you
- $40 – $60 per hour, depending on experience
