The Role
a commercial main contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a $5M healthcare fitout over an 8 month contract. This is a sole charge role, so you’ll need to be confident running the project independently, managing subcontractors, coordinating site activities and ensuring works are delivered safely within a live healthcare environment.
The project uses Procore, MS Suite and 1Breadcrumb.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering projects in live environments.
- Strong Site Management experience, with the ability to run a project autonomously.
- Confident managing subcontractors, programmes, site safety and quality.
- Experience using Procore, MS Suite and 1Breadcrumb.
