SEALING CREW WANTED – ALL LEVELS
$26–$42/hr depending on experience and role | Full-time | Long-term projects
As the upcoming season approaches, we’re building reliable roading and sealing crews across key civil sites and are looking for strong candidates at every level — from labourers and crew members through to experienced sealing operators and site leaders.
We’re Hiring For:
- Sealing Crew Members
- Experienced Chip Sealing Crew
- Asphalt/Sealing Workers
- Roller Operators
- Class 2/4 Drivers and Operators
- 2IC / Leading Hands
- Experienced Foremen / Site Supervisors
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting with chip sealing and road surfacing operations
- Working as part of a sealing crew on active roading sites
- Operating rollers, loaders, and other machinery where qualified
- Spreading, raking, sweeping, and finishing sealing materials
- Following site plans, specifications, and health & safety procedures
- Supporting foremen or taking responsibility for daily crew operations, depending on experience
What You’ll Need:
- Previous civil, roading, or sealing experience is preferred
- Class 1 licence is an advantage
- Class 2, WTR, or relevant machinery tickets are a bonus
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors
- Reliable transport and willingness to work as part of a team
