Loader Operator
We are currently looking for a loader operator to join a busy asphalt manufacturing plant. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in working safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with a wheel loader
- Moving asphalt products and materials around the yard
- General yard maintenance and housekeeping
- Assisting with dispatch and stock control
- Following all health and safety procedures
To be successful you will have:
- Current W Endorsement
- Previous wheel loader experience
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- A commitment to health and safety
- Full Class 1 driver's licence
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test

Please note: This role is based in a busy asphalt plant, so you'll need to be comfortable working in a dusty industrial environment. Early morning starts and some possible nighshift will be required to meet production and delivery schedules.
