Description
I'm looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a busy team delivering EV charging installations across Christchurch.
You'll be managing multiple projects at once, working with high-end clients and overseeing everything from planning through to delivery. Projects range from $50k–$500k, with 3–6 running at any one time.

The Role:
You'll be responsible for managing projects from the planning stage through to completion.
Most projects will have a few weeks of planning followed by 2–4 weeks of delivery. You'll have a Supervisor looking after the site teams, allowing you to focus on overall project delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing 3–6 projects at a time
- Working directly with clients and key stakeholders
- Managing project financials, budgets and variations
- Developing programmes and keeping projects on track
- Coordinating Supervisors and delivery teams of 4–6 people
- Managing H&S, quality and project reporting
- Overseeing EV charger installations, including 300kW chargers and minor civil works such as trenching
What You'll Bring:
- Strong electrical background
- Previous Electrical Project Management experience
- Experience managing multiple projects at once
- Strong commercial understanding and financial management
- Confident dealing with clients, stakeholders and delivery teams
- Good planning, programming and organisational skills
- Professional approach with strong communication skills
- Ability to hit the ground running
