Description
We’re looking for an electrician who either has experience with EV chargers or is keen to get into this space.
You’ll be joining a reputable electrical company with a nationwide presence, working across New Plymouth on EV charging installations, servicing and testing. It’s an autonomous role, so you’ll need to be comfortable managing your own workload and getting out across multiple sites.

What we’re looking for
- EV charger experience or a genuine interest in getting into the industry
- Commercial, industrial or infrastructure background preferred
- Current EWRB registration and Site Safe
- Full driver’s licence
- Good communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
The Role
- Install EV charging stations up to 22kW
- Travel between sites across New Plymouth
- Complete electrical wiring, servicing and testing
- Manage your own workload and maintain high health and safety standards
- Handle on-call repairs, maintenance, and installations
