Responsibilities
- Overseeing architectural documentation/detailing for resource/building consent applications
- Managing several projects and mentoring junior technicians
- Prepare designs, sketches, specifications & reports
- Liaising internally & communicating with clients, consultants and other contacts
What do you need?
- 5+ years' experience as a Revit Technician in New Zealand
- Knowledge of residential and or commercial projects
- Proficiency with Revit
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively – both leading and supporting on multiple projects simultaneously
- Passionate self-starter with strong communication skills
