Our client a well known household brand is looking for a technical customer support person.  The role is based in Lower Hutt. This is a permanent full time opportunity.

About the role
Responsible for technical support across a wide range of products. Quality technical support is supplied to all customers including dealers, service companies and end users.

  • Maintain relationships with customers
  • Manage all outstanding technical logs 
  • Ensure all repairs are carried out in a timely manner
  • Control warranty process
  • Service administration

Skills & Experience

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive approach to customer services with a sense of urgency
  • Exceptional team player
