To be successful with your application, you will need:
- A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar
- A minimum of 6 years relevant experience in Construction as a QS
- Ideally experience in the New Zealand market
- Significant experience working on similar projects up to $50mil+ ideally
- Experience seeing a project through to final account
- Experience with cost control, budget monitoring and reporting on projects
- Experience with risk management
- Experience leading and developing a team of Quantity Surveyors
- An ability to work with numerous stakeholders at various levels
