Project Manager – Three Waters & Earthworks

As a Project Manager you will be involved in everything from procurement of work packages to programming & final handover. You will need to showcase a background of working on projects from inception to completion with knowledge of planning, specific design detail, construction and client/ stakeholder management.
Scope of works can range from three waters to heavy structural packages including retaining walls, they also cover barrier and earthworks showcasing the diversity in its portfolio of work; you simply wont go from one same project to the next!!!

Key Roles & Responsibilities: Project Manager
- Site establishment & mobilisation of all plant to site
- Take charge daily of pre-start tool box talks
- Experience working on roading infrastructure- in particular three waters or retaining walls
- Have an ability to form close relationships with multiple subcontractors
- Ability to oversee procurement, variations and financial accounts
- Compile regular reports for upper management
- Implement Health & Safety protocols
The role would be on a permanent basis with the salary dependent on experience.
