Project Manager – Intermediate

The role:

Franklin Smith are searching for high-performing Project Managers to add value, diversity, experience and most importantly deliver end-to-end management services for their clients.

Key tasks:

  • Deliver design and build project management advice
  • Proposal preparation, job delivery, work planning and financial management tasks
  • Show initiative and provide practical advice to identify solutions to job specific challenges
  • Working alongside the construction delivery teams to execute major projects from site assessment and design through to handover
  • Contract Management

Ideal candidate:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ construction project management experience (consultancy preferred)
  • Civil Engineering or Construction Management tertiary qualification
  • An eye for detail
  • Team player
