About the role:

Drive an established customer services team through ongoing support and measurable KPIs. This role reports to the Customer Operations Manager.  

  • Oversee accurate Processing of orders
  • Implement customer service strategies
  • Develop KPIs and drive the team through practical outcomes
  • Implement continuous improvement methodologies
  • Provide leadership and direction
  • Ensure good collaboration between customer services and other teams.
  • Motivate and drive staff

Skills & Experience:

Communication is key in this role with a strong ability to build internal and external relationships. 

  • Experience in leading the Team from the Front
  • Professional Presentation
  • Building or Engineering background
  • Ability to build and give trust, respect, and sympathy 
  • And just to able to have fun!

About the Company:

This is a well-established business (50 Years ago to be exact) in the Manufacturing and Supply business based on the North Shore.  They are currently in growth mode and have created a full-time permanent role for a Customer Services Team Leader. Large presence across Australasia and supplies into a variety of markets.
