Commercial Property Analyst

THE CLIENT

Operating for almost 3 decades and a proven track record for generating and sustaining wealth for their investors. They have a dedicated ‘in-house’ Property Management division who are responsible for managing over $300 million of commercial and industrial property across Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupo, Hamilton, Auckland and Whangarei.

THE ROLE

You'll be working closely with our Asset Management and Investment teams in the information management and data analysis of our day-to-day property and property transaction decisions

You will additionally be responsible for the duties:

  • Develop systems, tools, resources, and processes that work for both asset management and transactions management functions
  • Assist in the due diligence process for new business;
  • Support the preparation of market disclosures, and any investor relation material
  • Liaise with other parts of the wider business to finalise investment analysis and reporting;
  • Invoices and issuing contracts
  • Undertake property investment analysis to support the business in making informed, evidence-based decisions

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this opportunity you will have the following:

  • A Property degree
  • 3-5 years property analyst experience OR strong background in property valuations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook
  • A strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple job functions
