About the role
Reporting to the Site Manager, we are looking for a high quality and experienced Leading Hand / Foreman residential carpenter. Leading a team of carpenters, hammer hands and labour to complete a high-end and high-profile residential project in St Heliers.
- Day to day leadership of a team of tradies
- On the tools framing and finishing of high-end house
- Ordering materials, supervising sub-trades
- H & S compliance
Skills & Experience
- Carpentry qualification and/or LBP Carpentry
- Full tool kit, computer literate, able to read and interpret plans
- Track record of delivering quality residential projects
- A commitment to quality and Health & Safety
