This well known retail brand is looking for Branch Manager to ideally start immediately.  This is a large lending and finance company with a number of retail stores across New Zealand. The role is full time, permanent, working Monday to Friday normal office hours.  This position reports directly into the Regional Manager.

  • Staff training and reviews
  • Staff development
  • Day to day coaching, appropriate performance management
  • Recruitment
  • Stock management
  • Compliance 
  • Management of Bad Debts
  • Client Events
  • Goal setting/ effective team briefings
  • Engage with marketing and finance

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in store management
  • Experience in sales and staff management
  • Customer Service focus
  • Ability to plan/organise
  • Current drivers license
