Work for a true leader in their field.  Franklin Smith are looking for an administrator to work in their office based in Auckland CBD.

This is a full time opportunity for the right person.  This role will see you in with a variety of responsibilities.  

The role :

Payroll – 20-25 hours/week
Entering timesheets into iPayroll hours as needed 
Immigration – Creating contracts and paperwork
MOJ checks
Meeting and Greeting candidates coming into the office 
General Admin
Answering phone and reception
Kitchen and office organisation 
Candidate packs scanning and filing
Registration Forms
Flights and Accommodation booking
RUC’s, vehicle maintenance, parking 
IT issues
New starters set
Events – assisting with bookings and co-ordination
Assisting with Social Media content and development
