Accounts Payable/Accounts Admin

We are on the hunt for an experienced Accounts Payable and a little Accounts Receivable!

Multiple full-time positions available! You will be working in a busy Accounts team, in this role you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payments.

What Your role will look like:

  • Performing reconciliations of accounts
  • Including Reconciliation of local & Overseas invoices and statements
  • Ensure processing of payments and invoices accurately and within expected time frames
  • Assist with Receipting and issuing Debtor statements
  • Other duties as required by the company from time to time

A successful candidate will have

  • Accounts payable background (3+ years previous experience)
  • Experience dealing with foreign currencies
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong Numeracy skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Independent worker
  • Good all-round Accounts background

Bonus but not essential

  • Previous use of Cargowise
  • Freight Forwarding industry knowledge
