About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Window & Patio Manager to play a critical role in overseeing our Windows and Patio division. This position involves managing all aspects of operations, from initial pricing through to final delivery and installation. You will drive the division towards meeting sales and operational targets, ensuring high-performance standards are consistently achieved. Additionally, collaboration with the sales team to identify and pursue new growth opportunities will be essential.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the construction industry; product knowledge preferred but not essential.
- Proven management experience with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as required and possess a full NZ driver's license (Class 1).
- Proficiency in computer use and practical understanding of health and safety standards.
