The Role:
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you'll embark on a comprehensive journey to become a full 360° recruiter. Through our structured training program, you will:
- Partner with experienced mentors to master the recruitment lifecycle
- Learn how to conduct face to face interviews of multiple different trades people
- Learn effective business development and client relationship strategies
- Build and maintain a strong candidate and client network
- We have positions available in both Auckland and Christchurch

What We’re Looking For:
- A self-motivated individual with a forward-thinking mindset who’s willing to start from scratch in the industry but learn from the best
- Strong communication skills and natural relationship-building ability
- Ideally, you have a trades background (3-5 years ideally) or are a recent graduate, but if you have the right attitude, we want to hear from you.
- Confidence, decisiveness, and resilience are key to thriving in this role.
