Lead Testing on a High-Impact Technical Project
We’re looking for a Test Lead with strong technical testing experience to take ownership of testing for a mission-critical project involving WAN, networking, and hardware systems. This is not a traditional SaaS implementation – it’s a complex infrastructure environment requiring hands-on expertise and proactive engagement with technical SMEs and engineers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Test Strategy & Planning – Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for a large-scale infrastructure project.
• Technical Testing – Validate networking, hardware, and system integrations, with a focus on lab environment testing.
• Engaging with Engineers & SMEs – Drive conversations to extract critical information and translate it into structured testing processes.
• Defect Management – Identify, track, and resolve issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Autonomous Leadership – Take ownership of testing in a lean test practice, with support from a Senior Test Specialist.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience as a Test Lead in a complex, technical environment.
• Strong background in WAN, networking, and hardware testing.
• Ability to work closely with engineers to document and execute test cases effectively.
• Experience working in a lab environment is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills – able to bridge the gap between technical teams and structured test processes.
• Must be based in Christchurch.
