About the role:
You will be working across a range of Commercial fit-out projects across Auckland running a project right through it’s lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include;
- Overall responsibility for a the site
- Driving delivery and ensuring adherence to project program
- Short term programming
- Supervision of sub-contractors
- Preparing site reports
- Overseeing H&S
Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 or 8 years experience in the local market with a minimum of 3 years as a Ste Manager. Significant project experience in Commercial (fit-out) Construction is essential. Being able to demonstrate a proven track record of taking a project right through it’s lifecycle is essential. Either a trade background or qualification would be beneficial.
