About the role
- Oversee day-to-day site operations across commercial HVAC installation projects
- Lead a skilled team of technicians, ensuring workflow runs efficiently and to specification
- Manage on-site coordination with other trades and subcontractors to maintain progress
- Communicate clearly and consistently with both internal teams and external clients
- Ensure delivery is on time, on budget and to the highest standard of quality and safety
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC Site Management experience in New Zealand
- Minimum 10 years of experience on commercial HVAC projects
- Strong understanding of mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning systems
- Proven leadership capability with the ability to manage and motivate a site team
- Confident communicator across all levels – from trades people to senior stakeholders
- Competent in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
