About the role:
You will be working on projects up to $20mil, likely be sole-charge so a proven understanding of all aspects of construction is required.
- Day to day management of site
- Driving delivery and ensuring adherence to project program
- Scheduling/programming
- Supervision of sub-contractors
- Preparing site reports
- Overseeing H&S
- Reporting directly to the Project Manager
Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role for a main contractor in the local market. A proven track record of delivering projects (Up to $20million) as a ‘sole-charge’ Site Manager is needed and prior exposure to MOE (Education) projects will be a massive advantage. A carpentry background is also strongly desired.
