About the role?
- Lead a diverse and dedicated team of technicians
- Oversee all aspects of commercial HVAC installation
- Monitor progress, consistently communicating with client and senior management
- Coordination with other services
- Ensure site progress is on time and to budget
Skills and Experience?
- Ability to coordinate workforce alongside other services
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and procedures, with a focus on mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Confidence in communicating with installers, management and clients alike
- Ability to read, understand and convey drawings
- At least 5 years of HVAC site management experience in New Zealand
- Valid NZ Driving License
