The Company:
This is a rare opportunity to join a values-driven organisation for a four-month fixed-term contract, where you’ll play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise-wide finance systems.
About the Role:
As the Senior Systems Analyst, you’ll serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other key systems used across a diverse group of business units. You’ll provide both technical and functional support, lead process improvement initiatives, and ensure smooth system performance through automation, standardisation, and simplification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting and optimising core finance systems
- Leading and contributing to finance-related system projects
- Delivering user training and documentation
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and enhance system capability
- Championing continuous improvement and excellent customer service
What Our Client Is Looking For:
- Extensive experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central
- A strong understanding of finance processes such as Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay
- Proven ability in process improvement, project delivery, and user training
- Excellent data analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
