About the role:
You will be working as part of a Site Management team on a $150mil project, having the ability and experience to lead this team is essential. The role will include but not be limited to:
- Manage a team of Site Managers and Supervisors
- Driving delivery and ensuring adherence to project program
- Scheduling/programming
- Supervision of sub-contractors
- Preparing site reports
- Overseeing H&S
- Reporting directly to the Project Manager
Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar role for a main contractor in the local market. Exposure to large commercial construction sites ($100mil) is essential. A Carpentry background and/or relevant qualification is preferred.
