About the role
Typically working on projects $10-30mil, the role will include but not be limited to:
- Overseeing a site based team consisting of Site Manager and Supervisors
- Driving delivery and ensuring adherence to project program
- Scheduling/programming
- Top-line supervision of sub-contractors
- Preparing site reports
- Overseeing H&S
- Reporting directly to the Project Manager
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role for a main contractor in the local market. Exposure to large commercial construction sites (up to $50mil) is essential. A proven track record of driving a site and leading/training more Junior Site Managers is also required.
