The company:
This Interiors main contractor continue to win a large amount of work and dominate the high-end Interiors space. Projects run up to $15mil in value and whilst dealing with such high-end clients it’s imperative that you’re comfortable in that environment.
The role:
We’re looking for an autonomous Senior QS who can Tender for new work as well as Contract Administration. You’ll be sole-charge on your assigned project so being comfortable carrying out all aspects of Qsing is essential.
About you:
The ideal candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role for a Commercial main contractor (interiors/Construction) in the New Zealand market. A qualification and minimum of 7-8 years experience is required. A high standard of presentations and communication is also essential.
