About the role:
You will be responsible for running your own Commercial fit-out projects project from start to finish, you’d likely run either 1 larger project or a couple of smaller projects. The role will include but not be limited to:
- Delivery of project in timely and cost effective manner
- Client interface and management
- Design management
- Programme management using MS Project
- QS and budget management
- Oversee internal staff and sub-contractors
Skills & Experience:
The successful candidate will have at least 7 years experience working as a Project Manager in the New Zealand market in a similar business. A relevant qualification would be preferred and exposure to Commercial fit-out projects in the local market is essential.
