Are you an NZ Project Manager/Engineer with a background in water infrastructure? We’re looking for a driven professional to lead the successful delivery of major projects that support Wellington’s growing community.
About the Role
In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of water infrastructure & sludge projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and local authorities to navigate regulatory requirements, manage risks, and drive efficient project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale water infrastructure initiatives
- Manage stakeholder relationships across public and private sectors
- Ensure projects meet regulatory and environmental compliance standards
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Provide technical expertise and strategic leadership to project teams
Key Requirements
- 3-5+ years’ experience in water infrastructure
- Strong understanding of New Zealand’s regulatory and environmental frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage large budgets and complex project timelines
