About the role:
You will be responsible for delivering Commercial fit-out projects through the design phase right through until handover. You’d likely be juggling multiple projects at various stages so it’s role offering plenty of variety and being able to solve problems effectively is essential. The role will include but not be limited to:
- Project delivery on-time and within budget
- Procurement
- Client interface and management
- Design management
- Programme management using MS Project
- QS and budget management
- Oversee Site Managers and sub-contractors
Skills & Experience:
The successful candidate will have at least 5-10 years experience working as a Project Manager in the New Zealand market in a similar business. Exposure to managing the design process in a turnkey design/build environment would be a big advantage. A relevant qualification would be preferred and exposure to Commercial fit-out projects in the local market is essential.
