Based in Auckland city fringe, this professional, commercial construction company has had a constant flow of projects up to $30million in value. They have an impressive client list and projects include: Education, Food and Beverage, Service stations, Industrial, warehouses, etc.
Having won a multiple new projects, they need a strong Project Manager to come on board and deliver 2-3 projects to the highest possible specifications.
Your duties will include but not be limited to;
- Ensuring the project is delivered in a timely manner
- A high level of programming
- Quality management
- Overseeing the site based team
- Setting and maintaining an efficient strategy
- Liaising with clients and consultants
- Developing and building relationships
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety
A trade background for this role is preferred as is a high level of construction management experience in the NZ Construction market. Experience managing Commercial projects of a similar scale is essential.
