About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Change Manager on a 2 year Fixed Term contract to lead the people side of change within a major transformation programme. This role will focus on ensuring the successful adoption of new processes and technologies, working collaboratively with teams and stakeholders across the organisation to achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the change process to ensure successful adoption and implementation.
- Develop and execute strategies for change, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and ensure measurable benefits are realised.
- Work with various teams to build ownership and capability in leading change efforts.
- Support a collaborative approach to transformation, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process.
What Our Client is Looking For:
- A senior change management professional with extensive experience leading large-scale change initiatives.
- Expertise in change management methodologies and proven success in managing complex transformation projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to respond to shifting demands and timelines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- A proactive leader with experience in both individual and team leadership.
- A relevant degree and certifications in change management or related fields.
