About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to support a large-scale Programme in Christchurch. This 6-month contract role is ideal for a self-directed, structured person with strong technical and integration experience across Finance and HCM domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document and analyse key business processes
- Define integration requirements across ERP, procurement, and finance platforms
- Support the successful delivery of system and process improvements within a complex enterprise environment
- Facilitate workshops and gather detailed functional and non-functional requirements from business users
Key Requirements:
- Strong documentation and analysis capabilities
- Demonstrated experience in systems integration (APIs and data flows)
- Familiarity with Finance and HCM systems
- Comfortable working independently and navigating large enterprise environments
- Skilled in process mapping, data dictionaries, and interface specifications
