Key Responsibilities:
Service Improvement
- Collate and document service delivery requirements through detailed user stories.
- Identify functional overlaps between systems and work with stakeholders to determine the most effective solutions.
- Create clear and concise documentation to outline the identified requirements and solutions.
Governance
- Translate business requirements into effective, streamlined processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed procedures and checklists to ensure governance standards are met.
Process Consolidation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify current process gaps and differences across all divisions (from pre-tender to mobilisation).
- Work on process consolidation initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Update and streamline existing processes, and design new process models to improve overall efficiency.
Testing
- Verify test cases against documented requirements and support the collation of test results.
- Assist with re-litigation of requirements prior to retesting to ensure system readiness.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in process improvement and service delivery roles.
- Strong ability to identify and solve system and process inefficiencies.
- Expertise in creating user stories, documentation, procedures, and process models.
- Comfortable liaising with stakeholders to gather information and drive change.
- Familiarity with system testing and test case verification is a plus.
