About the role:
As Senior Asset & Development Manager, you will lead redevelopment initiatives, overseeing projects from concept to completion. You will have the autonomy to make key decisions, implement strategies, and influence the long-term success of the portfolio.
You will be responsible for:
- Enhance the performance of commercial properties, including office buildings, industrial estates, and mixed-use developments.
- Take ownership of redevelopment projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Conduct financial evaluations and market assessments to inform investment decisions.
- Identify underperforming assets and implement strategies to unlock their full potential.
- Manage approvals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external specialists to implement effective property strategies.
About you:
- 8-10+ years in commercial property with a focus on asset management and redevelopment.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, market evaluation, and leading property improvement projects.
- A proven track record of delivering complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications in Property Development, Commercial Property, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Leadership and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project success.
