About the role?
- Independently review project plans, specifications and labour requirements to accurately prepare construction project budgets
- Proactively identify, quantify and mitigate risk by factoring contingency costs into your submissions
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors and project managers to ensure each phase of your projects are monitored and adapted for cost variances
- Work in tandem with New Zealand’s most prominent construction companies to deliver high profile, industry leading projects

Skills and Experience?
- Minimum 4-5 years of commercial carpentry estimation experience essential
- Townhouse experience beneficial
- Communication skills key to success in this role
- Estimation / QS software proficiency as standard
- Passion for learning and ability to adapt to aligned company goals
- Confidence to work autonomously to review and interpret drawings
