This Tier 2 main contractor continue to thrive when others have struggled. This business has built an outstanding reputation and continue to win a large amount of work. As their Interiors/small works division continues to grow they are looking to expand the team.
The role:
You will be working on multiple projects, working alongside a Project Manager and undertaking typical QS duties such as Contract admin, managing variations and Estimating. There is support within the business but ultimately we’re looking for someone to hit the ground running and work autonomously.
About you:
We’re looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor who has a proven track record in the local market on similar scale, Commercial projects. A qualification and minimum of 5 years experience is required. A high standard of presentations and communication is also essential.
