About the Role:
As Property Manager, you will oversee the lease management, administration, and daily operations of major commercial properties. Your focus will be on maintaining strong tenant relationships, ensuring smooth property operations, and driving leasing and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee lease negotiations, rent reviews, and lease documentation
- Proactively market and lease commercial spaces
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants and prospective tenants
- Manage lease administration, including lease expiries and rent review schedules
- Coordinate property operations, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and IT
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and emergency procedures
- Manage financial budgets and assist with accounts and debt management
- Assist with staff rosters, recruitment, and general administrative duties
About You:
- Proven experience in commercial property management
- Strong lease negotiation and lease administration skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with teams
- Knowledge of property operations, maintenance, and financial budgets
