Description

Are you a detail-driven operator with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for commercial property?

Join a high-performing globally recognised Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team as a Property Analyst, where you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of the business.

What’s In It For You?

  • Be part of a globally recognised commercial property brand
  • Supportive, inclusive team culture
  • Career development and internal promotion opportunities
  • Flexibility, autonomy, and genuine work-life balance
  • Exposure to large-scale corporate clients and projects

About the Role:
Reporting into senior leadership, this role is the engine behind the team—keeping everything on track across leasing, reporting, compliance, and operations.

You’ll work closely with advisors, executives, and external stakeholders to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing databases, reporting, and market intelligence updates
  • Coordinating leasing details and property inspections
  • Overseeing REA licensing and AML compliance
  • Supporting client presentations, proposals, and team events
  • Providing basic IT and system support (Salesforce, JDE, etc.)

It’s a fast-paced, hands-on role that blends business analysis, team coordination, and stakeholder support in a dynamic commercial property environment.

About You:
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re:

  • Have 3+ years’ experience in commercial property support / commerical leasing admin
  • Hold a Bachelor of Business or similar qualification; REA licence is an advantage but not required
  • Have strong attention to detail, with a natural knack for processes, systems, and documentation
  • Are interested in commercial property or tenant advisory, and keen to grow your knowledge
  • Have excellent communication skills and can liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce or JDE is a bonus
  • Enjoy being the go-to person behind the scenes, keeping everything running smoothly
  • Are confident working independently, but comfortable collaborating with a high-performing team
