Are you an NZ experienced Project Manager/Engineer with a background in water infrastructure? We’re looking for a driven professional to lead the successful delivery of major projects that support Auckland’s growing communities.
About the Role
In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of complex water infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and local authorities to navigate regulatory requirements, manage risks, and drive efficient project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale water infrastructure initiatives
- Manage stakeholder relationships across public and private sectors
- Ensure projects meet regulatory and environmental compliance standards
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Provide technical expertise and strategic leadership to project teams
About You
You’re a Project Manager/Engineer with a track record of delivering water infrastructure projects. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges. Your ability to engage stakeholders and manage multiple priorities will set you up for success.
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in water infrastructure
- Strong understanding of New Zealand’s regulatory and environmental frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage large budgets and complex project timelines
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management, or a related field
